By downloading and using MyYu, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using this app on behalf of a school, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution.
Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity under a school’s account is the sole responsibility of that institution.
The app must be used only for educational and administrative purposes. Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer the application.
The accuracy of student records, marks, and attendance lies solely with the school staff who enters the data into the MyYu platform.
We strive for 99% uptime. Subscription fees and the 5-year price-lock guarantee for the initial 108 schools are subject to the specific agreement signed with us.
MyYu shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms or fail to clear their subscription dues.
